- Cut out rectangles in two different sizes to make 8 mini DIY paper fans (in 8 different patterns) and 10 medium size DIY paper fans (in 5 solid colours). Use them alone as cupcake toppers or party decorations. Alternatively, attach them to number stickers or other party designs available HERE.

{ MATERIALS }
- A4 sheets of paper
- Cocktail sticks
- Double sided sticky tape
- Scissors
- Glue gun
{ STEPS TO FOLLOW }
- Print and cut out the designs to make your mini and medium DIY paper fans
- Fold each rectangle of paper using the accordion method then fold them in half
- With the glue gun, stick the accordion sides at the join where they fold in half
- Glue the other 2 ends using the glue gun to form a circle around the cocktail stick. Do the same with the other 5 paper accordions
- Stick each circle on the front of each paper fan cocktail stick with your personalized message
